Document reading

Scanned purchase orders and invoices are read by the system, which fills in the fields for you. A person checks and confirms before anything is saved.

  1. 01

    Where it starts

Purchase orders, invoices and forms arrive as scanned PDFs. Someone reads them and retypes every line into another program: part number, quantity, price, date.

  2. 02

    What we build

The document is read page by page and each line becomes a row: part number, quantity, unit price, amount. The result sits next to the original so the two can be compared at a glance.

  3. 03

    What makes it reliable

When a value cannot be read, the field stays empty and is flagged. Nothing is saved or sent until a person has checked and confirmed it.

  4. 04

    What can be added

The same groundwork drafts replies to suppliers, turns an email into a task, or prepares a text in the other language. The person reviews it, edits it and sends it themselves.
