Most software sold to small and mid-sized companies fails in the same way. It is bought as a product, configured by someone who leaves, and abandoned two years later with the real work having quietly moved back into spreadsheets. The company is left paying for a licence nobody opens.
We took the opposite position. We build what a specific company needs, we build it in a way that can be changed, and we stay responsible for it. That means fewer clients and deeper engagements. It also means the honest answer is sometimes that you do not need what you came to ask for.
No account manager relaying messages, no ticket queue. The person answering your email is the person who will make the change.
If a smaller build solves eighty percent of the problem, we say so before quoting the larger one. Selling you more than you need is how a supplier becomes an expense.
We work in both languages properly. Interfaces, documents, and content are built bilingual by default, not translated as an afterthought.
We do not publish client names, use client data as examples, or show anyone's systems. What we build for you belongs to you, including the code.
The best first conversations start with someone describing what frustrates them. We work out what should be built from there.
