   What we collect

   When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you pick one, the plan you are interested in. When you write to us directly, we receive what you send us. Like any website, this one also receives technical connection data, such as your IP address and device type, used to display it and protect it.

   Why

   To answer you, follow up on your request and keep the site running safely. We do not use your information for marketing, and we never sell personal information.

   Analytics cookies

   If you accept them, analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and where visitors come from. They do not load without your consent, are kept for up to two years and may be processed outside Québec. You can change your choice at any time at the bottom of this page. Declining deletes any already stored. The site also counts its visits without cookies or identifiers, which cannot recognize you.

   Service providers host the site and deliver its messages on our behalf. Some are located outside Québec. They use your information only for that service.

   We keep your information as long as needed to answer your request and follow up on it, then destroy it.

   Information belonging to our clients (their operational data, documents, and systems) is never published, never used as an example in our marketing, and never shared with third parties. This site contains no client names, logos, or captures of client systems.
