01
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. That's it. We don't collect anything else automatically. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics.
02
Why we collect it
To reply to your message and discuss your project. We don't use your information for marketing, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except Formspree, the service that processes the form submission.
03
Third parties
Your form submission is processed through Formspree (formspree.io), which stores the data on servers in the United States. Apart from Formspree, no third party has access to your information.
04
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as it's useful for the conversation. Once a project is complete or the exchange is over, we delete it. We don't keep old messages indefinitely.
05
Client confidentiality
Information belonging to our clients (their operational data, documents, and systems) is never published, never used as an example in our marketing, and never shared with third parties. This site contains no client names, logos, or captures of client systems, and every interface shown on it is drawn for illustration with invented sample data.
06
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also withdraw your consent. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
